  3. But I wanted to know that coffee and tea are really addictive (10x addictive than Mariunjna) and according to you, it is no bad in drinking 5 cups of coffee or tea daily?

    1. It is according to the dietary guidelines of America. However it also depends on your body type. If you sensitive to caffeine then it will definitely bother you. Otherwise 4 to 5 cups approx will not harm. 😊
